St. Francis de Sales Culture Day
Coordinator: Mrs. Amanda Hale

During Catholic Schools Week of 2016, I helped my school participate in a World Cultures Day. I held meetings, guided teachers on research information, and created passports for each student to use for the project.
Each grade level studied a specific country's culture and created displays, artwork, and videos about what they learned. Then, each student was given a passport and went visited each classroom's country! On the morning of the Culture Day I asked the students in grades K-8 questions about their country. On the left hand side you will find a video detailing the entire experience! Enjoy! |
